These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in the Marathon-Praktikum online event (the "Event"). By using this website, registering for the Event, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are — This website and the Event are operated by Beauty Rockstar SRL, a company registered in Romania (registration number RO47424606).
The product — The Marathon-Praktikum is a live online educational event for beauty professionals, held from 21 September to 2 October 2026. It consists of live webinar sessions, practical assignments, and a participant chat. The Event is delivered online via Telegram (bot and chat) and a webinar room. Access instructions are provided after registration.
Participation tiers — Two tiers are available. The Basic tier is free of charge and includes access to the live sessions and the participant chat. The Premium tier is a paid upgrade (the price and currency are shown at checkout) and additionally includes session recordings, bonus materials, and selected homework reviews during the live sessions. The exact contents of each tier are listed on this website.
Payment and access — The Premium tier is a one-time fee, processed securely by Stripe. Access to Premium materials is granted after your payment is confirmed. Your access is personal. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access, invite links, or any materials to anyone else. Invite links are single-use. We rely on Telegram and the webinar platform as delivery channels and are not responsible for interruptions caused by those services.
Refund policy — Premium tier: if you decide that Premium is not for you, contact us through the channels available on this website at any time before the end of the Event (2 October 2026), and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Recordings and materials — Session recordings and bonus materials are provided to Premium participants for personal use. We may set a reasonable availability period for recordings, announced within the Event.
Prizes and giveaways — The Event may include prizes for active participants and promotional giveaways. The rules and conditions are announced within the Event. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Intellectual property — All Event materials, including videos, texts, images, checklists, and templates, as well as all content on this website, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, publish, distribute, resell, or share the materials in any form.
No guarantee of results — The Event is educational. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or professional outcome.
Acceptable use — You agree not to misuse the website or the Event, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, recording or publicly sharing paid content, disrupting live sessions or the participant chat, or using the materials to create a competing product. We may remove from the Event participants who violate these rules; in that case, paid participants remain eligible for a refund under the Refund policy above.
Third-party services — The Event is delivered through Telegram and a webinar platform, and payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.
Limitation of liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the Event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. The website and the Event are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to these Terms — We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law — These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where Beauty Rockstar SRL is registered. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
